At Moxba, we only use reusable bins for handling and transportation of spent catalysts. These bins are custom-made, and a lot safer and more efficient to use than the more frequently used drums or big bags.
1: Reusable
Our recycling bins are reusable. They are made of 3mm carbon steel made to last. Being reusable doesn’t take away from its longevity. They’re suitable for dry and wet catalysts, don’t have a bottom unloader, and are 100% leak tight. They have a capacity of 2000 liters and have a tare weight of 550kg. Being reusable and durable, these bins make strides for the environment and improve your sustainability big time.

2: Safer
As you know, safety is key at Moxba. Since one bin is as big as eleven drums, less handling and on-site movement is required. Because they’re stackable it’s easier to be picked up by a forklift, which makes for less risk of accidents. The bins open and close from the side, so there’s no need to be working at height which reduces the risk of falling.
3: Faster
Because of our newly developed top opening slide gate, our recycling bins are easy to fill. There’s also four ways for a forklift to pick up one of our recycling bins. This makes the whole loading process less time consuming. They’re also suitable for wet dumped catalysts, have no bottom unloader, and are easy to stack. The latter makes it possible to optimally make use of available space on-site. All these things make for a faster and more efficient loading process.
4: Cheaper
Safer to work with, and easier to handle, makes for a cheaper use of them in the long run. Next to less costs going to safety measurements and risk management, the use of our recyclable bins saves you time and logistical costs. This makes the use of our catalyst bins considerably cheaper than drums.
