The materials that we recycle are subjected to thermal treatment to remove oil and other impurities. Handling – breaking, sieving, and mixing – can be applied to some materials prior to thermal treatment to maximize the impact of roasting. Some materials are blended at this point to match production specifications. Roasted materials are refined at melting or leaching plants, and these are turned into alloys or oxides.
We can recover a wide range of metals from complex waste streams, as a result of our full-loop recycling chain. That makes MOXBA’s solutions both economic and environmentally friendly.
